I can’t believe we are almost in the month of October! We don’t get a true taste of fall in Houston until closer to Christmas, but we have started to see signs of summer passing us by, little by little.

For starters, the fall flowers and pumpkins are out all over town, and it had me so excited for the change of season that I took the boys to pick out some for our front porch. I am didn’t wear this when I was shopping with the boys, but I did go back for a photo opt for you. The weather might not be conducive to turtlenecks anytime soon, but it’s part of the job, I guess. These boots are too cute to wait to share with you so I took one for the team.
